1-to-1 Individual Teaching
Robert can provide 1-to-1 private teaching across Dubai for students of all levels and abilities. Students are provided with all the learning resources and a weekly homework is set to help consolidate their learning. The session primarily focuses on conceptual understanding of mathematical topics as well as taking the steps to mastery. Instilling belief in the student’s own abilities is also key to how Robert works with his students.
Group Teaching
Robert runs mini groups of 3 to 4 students at various locations for students across Dubai. The majority of the groups are focused on key examinations such as the GCSE, IB and A-levels. Key topics and exam style questions are covered in depth to ensure students are prepared to achieve the highest grade possible. As Robert has a long history as an examiner for the IB and Edexcel, he knows exactly what needs to be done by students to get the top grades.
Revision Workshops
During key school holidays, Robert runs GCSE/IGCSE, IB and A-levels revision workshops where exam practice and exam tips are the focus. Robert prepares predicted papers for students to complete, and they leave with an abundance of resources to help them to revise. These workshops are usually ranging in duration from 3 to 5 hours: 3 hours for GCSE/IGCSE students and up to 5 hours for IB/A-level students. Workshops are usually held in the Studio One Hotel in a state-of-the-art conference room for up to 12 students at a time.
